Area of Specialisation

Marius Rosenberg, certified specialist for international business law, is a partner at TIGGES Rechtsanwälte. Mr. Rosenberg advises German and foreign predominantly medium-sized companies comprehensively in national and international business law, particularly in the areas of corporate law, M&A, commercial and contract as well as real estate law. He has particular experience in advising technology companies and startups.

One further area of his specialisation are German-Polish business transactions; as a German and Polish native speaker, Mr. Rosenberg advises companies on both sides of the Oder in connection with their cross-border activities.

  • Other Fields of Activity

    Mr Rosenberg also deals with current issues and developments around digitalisation and the need for further development of a robust legal framework. He also gives regular seminars on this topic , et al with industry associations.

    Since autumn 2020, Mr Rosenberg has been the legal lead for the working group "syndication" of the German Standard Setting Institute (GESSI). GESSI is a joint project of Business Angels Netzwerk Deutschland e.V. (BAND) and the Bundesverband Deutsche Startups e.V. (BVDS) to develop balanced standard contract templates between investors and start-ups.

    Marius Rosenberg is an advisory  member of the board of the Private Equity Forum NRW e.V. since 2021.

    Mr Rosenberg is also a member of the International Business Law Working Group of the German Bar Association.

    Mr. Rosenberg has worked at TIGGES  since 2009, since 2016 as a partner of the law firm. During his law studies as Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf and the legal traineeship he gained relevant experience in the field of corporate law / M&A, real estate law as well as international arbitration.

    In December 2014 Mr. Rosenberg gained the title "Specialised counsel for international business law". This specialised counsel title including the corresponding training course was first introduced beginning of 2014 and Mr. Rosenberg thus belongs to the first successful graduates nationwide.
