Christian Schon has been working for TIGGES since 2019. His practice focuses on advising national and international clients in the areas of commercial and corporate law as well as mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Mr. Schon advises in the field of labour law. A further focus of his interests and advice is in the area of commercial and contract law.

  • CV

    Christian Schon studied law in Heidelberg with a focus on corporate and tax law. He then gained practical experience by working for an international commercial law firm and one of the Big Four auditing, legal and tax consulting firms.

    Mr. Schon completed his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Wuppertal with stations at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Düsseldorf in the areas of law and taxes as well as in the areas of corporate law and M&A of a large international commercial law firm in Düsseldorf.

    Before joining TIGGES, Mr. Schon worked for several years as an attorney in one of the Big Four law firms in the corporate and M&A sector.
